US packages go by UPS, USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mai, and The current tax rate is 9.75% for the Alameda county so that we should charge the rate from customer whose shipping address has a state code of "CA".. Canadian shipments are going by USPS International Airmail. US orders will be shipped by UPS or by USPS, depending on which service has a shorter delivery time, We pay sales tax. Canada orders will be shipped by USPS/Canada Post. You must pay local taxes (PST, GST and HST etc.) when the package is delivered, so please consider this point before you place an order. Delivery to Canada takes around 10-14 business days.
Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

Warranty and Return Policy
We warrant that the products sold in our website, other

All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon filling out the Application or requesting through info@digital-camera-battery.net or filling out the Application.. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through info@digital-camera-battery.net to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.
A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.
If expedited delivery service is requested, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
